Srinagar, Dec. 22 -- Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, GOC Spear Corps, inaugurated the Integrated Sainik Complex at Churachandpur, underlining the Corps' steadfast commitment to the welfare and dignity of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and their families. The newly established facility is designed to serve as a one-stop centre for veterans, providing administrative support, social engagement spaces, and welfare services.
