Srinagar, Jan. 13 -- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha on Tuesday launched the special edition of 'Sangarmal' magazine published by Hindu Education Society Kashmir, at Gandhi Memorial Camp College, Raipur Jammu.
