Srinagar, Jan. 5 -- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha on Monday attended the grand opening ceremony of the 2nd edition of the 'Khelo India Beach Games' at the iconic Blue Flag certified Ghoghla Beach in Diu. The ceremony was also graced by Shri Praful Patel, Administrator, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
