Srinagar, July 4 -- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today addressed the 6th Convocation Ceremony of SKUAST Kashmir at Srinagar. Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the Chief Guest for the Convocation Ceremony.
