Srinagar, Feb 2, Feb. 3 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday called on all Members of the Legislative Assembly to work in a spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility to build a peaceful, inclusive, and progressive Jammu and Kashmir.
