Srinagar, Jan 15, Jan. 16 -- Education and Health Minister Sakina Itoo on Thursday clarified that the proposed Law University in Jammu and Kashmir can be established at any location within the Union Territory, emphasizing that its benefits will extend to students from all regions.Speaking to reporters, Itoo stated that the NC government is committed to providing equal opportunities for children from Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. "For the NC government, children from all regions are equal.
