Srinagar, June 18 -- To develop a spirit of sportsmanship, unity, and gender inclusivity among students, the Directorate of Physical Education & Sports (DPE&S), University of Kashmir (KU), on Wednesday organised an Inter-Department Road Race for Men and Women. The event drew enthusiastic participation from various teaching departments and satellite campuses, filling the early morning air with energy and competitive spirit. The men's race began from the historic Nishat Garden and the women's race from scenic Shalimar Ghat, both culminating at the University's Rumi Gate.
