Srinagar, Dec. 3 -- The Special Cell under the aegis of the Department of Students' Welfare (DSW), University of Kashmir (KU), organised a day-long programme at the Main Campus to observe the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The event aimed to promote a deeper understanding of disability issues, encourage respect for the dignity and rights of Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and raise awareness on creating inclusive academic and social environments.
