Srinagar, Nov 13, Nov. 14 -- Students of the School of Law at the University of Kashmir have alleged that the department has violated the Bar Council of India (BCI) Legal Education Rules, 2008, by enforcing attendance restrictions without completing the minimum teaching schedule mandated under national norms.
