Srinagar, Feb 16, Feb. 17 -- The University of Kashmir has made it mandatory for all teaching and non-teaching employees to obtain prior written approval from the competent authority before applying for any post outside the University. According to a circular issued by the Administration Teaching Section, it has been observed that employees have been submitting applications for external posts without seeking prior permission and later requesting forwarding of their applications through proper channel.The University has clarified that such practice does not conform to established rules and administrative procedures.
