Srinagar, Nov. 6 -- Governor of Bihar, Arif Mohammad Khan on Wednesday described Kashmir as the "crown of India" and a timeless center of learning and wisdom. Talking to the media in Srinagar, the Bihar Governor said Kashmir occupies a special place in his heart.
