Srinagar, Nov. 28 -- Cold conditions have intensified across Kashmir, with the entire Valley recording sub-zero minimum temperatures. Srinagar experienced its coldest night of the season on Wednesday, as the mercury dropped to minus 4.4degC, down from minus 3.9degC the previous day. The Valley has been witnessing a steady decline in night temperatures over the past few days. South Kashmir's Konibal in Pulwama district recorded the lowest temperature so far at minus 5.5degC, while Kokernag registered minus 1.6degC.
