Srinagar, Jan 19, Jan. 19 -- Several areas across Kashmir, Jammu, and Ladakh recorded the lowest minimum temperatures this month, with intense cold prevailing at high-altitude and interior locations.In Kashmir, Sonamarg was the coldest at -8.3degC, followed by Pulwama (-5.1degC), Shopian (-4.7degC), Awantipora (-4.2degC), Anantnag (-3.9degC), Srinagar Airport (-3.8degC), and Gulmarg (-3.5degC).In the Jammu region, only higher-altitude areas experienced near-freezing temperatures.
