Srinagar, July 29 -- Kargil Vijay Diwas was observed at Pratap College, Srinagar, in a vibrant event organized by the 1st J&K Battalion NCC in collaboration with the college.The celebration honoured the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers during the 1999 Kargil War.The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Lt. Col M. S. Dhanoa and Dr. Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, Principal of Sri Pratap College, who were accorded a ceremonial guard of honour by NCC cadets.
