Srinagar, Sept. 9 -- In a major counter-insurgency success, joint intelligence-based operations conducted from August 31 to September 6 by the Indian Army and Assam Rifles, in coordination with the Manipur Police, have led to the apprehension of 11 active insurgents and the recovery of a cache of arms, narcotics, and war-like stores.
