Srinagar, Dec. 18 -- The J&K Democratic Women's Association has strongly condemned the reported incident in which the attire of a female doctor was interfered with during a public function, terming the act a serious violation of a woman's dignity, personal liberty, and constitutional rights. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Vice President of the Association expressed grave concern over the incident, stating that any interference with a woman's attire-irrespective of intent-amounts to an assault on her bodily autonomy and individuality.
