Srinagar, Nov. 9 -- The grand mother of Joint Director Information Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari passed away on Saturday. She breathed her last at her residence after a brief illness. She was laid to rest at her ancestral graveyard in Hajibal in north Kashmir's Baramulla district.Large number of people from different walks of life attended her funeral prayers.The Brighter Kashmir editor in chief Farooq Ahmad Wani expressed solidarity and condolences with the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
