Srinagar, Nov. 6 -- The Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (YSS), Jammu and Kashmir, has ordered the cancellation of all transfer and posting orders issued by the Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Kashmir after an inquiry established that the official had made unauthorized transfers in violation of standing government instructions. According to the official order, the Directorate acted on a complaint received from the Administrative Department on June 12, 2025, which alleged that the Joint Director had issued multiple transfer and posting orders of non-gazetted employees within the Kashmir Division without obtaining the mandatory approval from the competent authority.Following the complaint, a Fact-Finding Committee was con...
