Srinagar, Jan. 27 -- J&K assembly elections, after a gap of almost seven years, may have ended a period of disquiet for the politicians in Jammu and Kashmir but the year 2025 brings the challenge of navigating dual control in a J&K Union Territory where Raj Bhavan still holds sway and influence over the chief minister's office in the absence of transaction of business rules and the promised statehood.
