Srinagar, Nov. 20 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a joint meeting of the Forest, Ecology & Environment Department and the Agriculture Production Department to explore large-scale cultivation, conservation, and commercial promotion of aromatic and medicinal plants across Jammu & Kashmir.
