Srinagar, Sept. 29 -- The unanimous election of Mithun Manhas as the 37th president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) should not been seen merely as a change of guard at the country's most powerful sporting body. Rather, in many ways, it could become the beginning of a new chapter for cricket in Jammu and Kashmir, which has produced flashes of brilliance held back by inadequate infrastructure, lack of opportunities, and administrative neglect.
