Srinagar, Nov. 23 -- Jammu & Kashmir marks a historic milestone by hosting the National Referee Seminar (Kyorugi) in Srinagar for the first time. The event is recognised by India Taekwondo and affiliated with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Asian Taekwondo Union, World Taekwondo, and the Olympic Council. The seminar is organised by the Taekwondo Association of Jammu and Kashmir under the leadership of Mansha Bashir, the first female from Kashmir to achieve the status of National Referee. This initiative represents a significant advancement for martial arts development in the region.
