Srinagar, Nov 23, Nov. 24 -- The Jammu and Kashmir administration has issued detailed instructions to all departments and district authorities regarding the celebration of Constitution Day on 26 November 2025. The General Administration Department, through a formal circular, directed that Preamble reading ceremonies be held across all offices, accompanied by awareness programmes aimed at highlighting constitutional values.
