Jammu, Feb 1, Feb. 2 -- The Budget session of Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir will begin here from Monday with the Lieutenant Governor's Address to the House, followed by a multi-day discussion on the Motion of Thanks on the LG's Address and the government's reply.
