Srinagar, July 6 -- In a heartfelt gesture of community service and interfaith harmony, the NSS Unit I of Islamia College of Science and Commerce, Srinagar, set up a Sabeel (facilitation camp) at Alamgari Bazar Chowk on the eve of Youm-e-Ashura. As part of its regular outreach initiatives, the camp served refreshments including fruit juices, water, lassi, tea, and coffee to the mourners participating in the Ashura procession. Additionally, a mobile charging station was established at the site to assist attendees during the religious gathering.
