Srinagar, Oct. 8 -- The valedictory function of the "Hindi Pakhvara" organised by the Rajbhasha Cell of the Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir) from 14thto 30th, September, was organised at the Tulmulla Campus here on Wednesday.
