Srinagar, Sept. 15 -- Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo today emphasized on the importance of blood donation drives, underlining that these drives are 'a lifeline that can save countless lives during emergencies, medical procedures and natural disasters'.
