Gulmarg, Feb 21, Feb. 22 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, today conducted a comprehensive inspection of various venues and key locations at Gulmarg and finalized arrangements for the 6th edition of the Khelo India Winter Games.
