Srinagar, Oct. 14 -- The Serendipity Folk Arts Grant is making remarkable progress in Kashmir by empowering young artists and reviving Bach Nagma, one of the region's most cherished traditional folk dance forms. The grant has been awarded to Ravice Rashid, popularly known as Rayees Wathori - a young theatre artist and cultural activist working passionately to preserve and promote the folk heritage of Kashmir.Under this initiative, a training program is being conducted to nurture young talent and reconnect them with their cultural roots through local art and performance traditions.Speaking about the project, Rayees Wathori said: "Such programs give us hope that our art and culture will never fade.
