Srinagar, Nov. 2 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has stated that drinking water and irrigation facilities in several parts of Hazratbal constituency, including Tailbal, Khimber, Chandpora, Shalimar Gasoo, Faquir Gujree and Chatterhama, are functioning satisfactorily, though temporary shortages occur due to misuse of water by locals.
