Srinagar, Nov. 7 -- The government has launched Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 to encourage pensioners across the Union Territory to adopt digital modes of life certification through the Jeevan Pramaan and Aadhaar Face RD mobile applications. The campaign, launched in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, aims to make the pension certification process simpler, faster, and more accessible.
