Srinagar, July 19 -- In a major push to diversify and revamp tourism infrastructure across lesser-known destinations, the government has constituted a high-level Steering Committee for the implementation of SPREAD - Sustainable Promotion and Revamping of Emerging Alternate Destinations to boost tourism and develop new travel destinations in the Union Territory.The Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir will chair the committee.
