Srinagar, June 3 -- Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department Minister, Sakina Itoo said on Monday that the government is committed to consolidating and strengthening existing health and educational institutions rather than establishing scattered or fragmented setups.After visiting Beerwah in Budgam district, Itoo called for optimising resources to enhance public services.
