Srinagar, Nov. 18 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Joint Board of Officers to identify the balance Equal Value Land (EVL) to be transferred to the Army in lieu of 139.04 acres at Tattoo Ground. The chairman of the 8-member Joint Board of Officers would be Colonel HQ 31 Siberia.
