Srinagar, Feb. 4 -- Fresh snowfall was witnessed across Kashmir today bringing a chill in weather.

Freezing conditions prevailed in the Kashmir Valley, while the weatherman forecasted snow and rain in most places in JK on Saturday. A meteorological department official said Srinagar recorded a low of minus 1.7degC compared to minus 0.3degC the previous night.
