Srinagar, Feb. 4 -- Minister for Tribal Affairs, Javed Rana, today called for formulation of concrete proposals aimed at socio-economic upliftment of the tribal communities in Jammu and Kashmir.He was speaking while chairing a meeting held at Civil Secretariat here.
