Srinagar, Sept. 23 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo today visited Lal Ded Hospital, Srinagar to review the progress of the ongoing construction of the additional block being developed under the World Bank-funded Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project (JTFRP).
