Srinagar, May 13 -- At least two livestock animals were left dead due to a high volt electric current from an allegedly faulty service-line in Muqam-i-Shahwali village in Kupwara on Sunday afternoon.
Report said that two livestock animals, including a valued milk yielding cow and a bull, were electrocuted to death at Davood Colony Muqam-i-Shahwali, causing substantial loss to the owners'.
The unfortunate incident has sparked a wave of resentment among the locals, as they claim to have informed the authorities about the 'faulty service-line' on multiple occasions.
