Srinagar, March 3 -- Nazir Ahmad Wani, Editor-in-Chief of 'Roznama Subh-e-Kashmir' passed away on Saturday morning. He was 63.A close relative of Wani said Wani was suffering from a kidney ailment for the last many years and eventually breathed his last at SKIMS Soura today.Wani, who earned a name in the media field for his incisive reporting went on to launch his own newspaper titled 'Roznama Subh-e-Kashmir'. He also served as President of the 'Editor Association Srinagar' for several years.Wani, an actual resident of Gundmancher Lolab in Kupwara, had shifted to Peerbagh Srinagar and was residing here for almost four decades now.Meanwhile people from cross sections of society have condoled the demise of Nazir Ahmad Wani.
