Srinagar, Aug. 30 -- In a focused effort to strengthen India's counter-insurgency and internal security operations, the Counter Explosive Device (CED) Unit of the Indian Army's Eastern Command has successfully conducted a joint Training of Trainers (ToT) course on Counter-IED (Improvised Explosive Device) operations.
