Srinagar, Feb. 17 -- The scenic locale of Dubjan in Shopian today came alive with colour, culture and enthusiasm as Winter Carnival-II 2026 was organised and celebrated with great fervour by the Department of Tourism in collaboration with District Administration Shopian. The event was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta in presence of district administration officers and officials from various departments.
