Srinagar, May 30, May 30 -- Transport Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Vishesh Paul Mahajan (JKAS), announced today that the printing of driving licences will commence within a week at the newly established facility at Transport Bhawan, Bemina, Srinagar.The initiative is designed to enhance citizen services by digitizing and streamlining the driving licence issuance process.
