Srinagar, Nov. 19 -- Inhabitants of Gousia Colony in the Bemina area of Srinagar have once again appealed to the Srinagar Municipal Corporation to take urgent measures to control the growing stray dog population in their locality. Locals said the repeated presence of aggressive dogs has created fear among the people, particularly children and elderly individuals. They said the problem has been worsening for months and allege that despite several complaints, no concrete action has been taken to address the issue.
