Srinagar, Sept. 12 -- In a bid to promote legal literacy and empower youth with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar today organized a comprehensive legal awareness programme at Government Boys Higher Secondary School (GBHSS), Zainakote.
