Srinagar, Feb. 11 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri who is also Additional Chief Executive Officer, Srinagar Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, (SMRDA), convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the physical & financial status of the works under SMRDA.
