Srinagar, March 22 -- The Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Saturday held a meeting to facilitate the organization of 3rd Lok Samvardhan Parv at Kashmir University besides 6th program of Mission Shakti & Vatsalaya in Srinagar.
