Imphal, Dec 6, Dec. 7 -- The 2nd DGAR Men & Women #PoloTournament2025 kicked off at the historic Mapal Kangjeibung Polo Ground, the oldest polo ground in the world, marking a grand revival of major polo tournaments in Manipur after a four-year hiatus due to COVID-19 and recent unrest. Organized by AssamRifles under its Civic Action Programme in collaboration with AMPA, the tournament features 38 teams, including three from Assam Rifles and the Assam Rifles Women's Polo Team, competing until 20 December 2025.
