Srinagar, July 7 -- The Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) Dr G N Itoo on Sunday said the department has not yet taken any final decision regarding the extension of the summer vacations."A review will be held on Monday to take a final decision regarding extension of summer vacations," Itoo said.He said the review meeting would be chaired by the Education Minister and it would decide whether to extend the summer break or not.The 15-days summer vacation for schools ends tomorrow.As per the scheduled date, the schools will reopen from July 8 post summer vacations, in case no extension is announced by the School Education Department (SED).Meanwhile, parents have urged the Education minister to extend the ongoing summer vacation.Citing t...
