Srinagar, Feb. 4 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of senior Health Officials here to review the progress on the operationalization of the Rehabilitation and Counseling Centre for youth affected by substance abuse established at Sanat Nagar.
