Srinagar, Jan. 28 -- In order to ensure timely and effective delivery of benefits under key health sector flagship schemes to citizens in district, the Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo today convened a meeting with senior health functionaries here at Meeting Hall of the DC Office Complex.
